Windows Live Writer Updated (KB 951125)
A new update for WIndows Live Writer has been released.This update is being distributed via Microsoft Update, so if you have chosen to have important updates automatically installed, you should receive this update automatically. If you aren’t automatically getting updates, you can open Windows Update, check for updates, and the update will appear in the list of available updates.
The update
The update fixes the issues which involves uploading images to the Google Picasa service. This is the default setting for images that are published in Blogger.
These issues were not documented earlier in Knowledge Base articles.
- An error occurs when you publish a post that contains images to Blogger:
Because of a change in the Picasa image-hosting service, Windows Live Writer cannot publish posts to Blogger that contain images. Instead, you receive the following error message:
